What you’ll need

  • 2 oz (1/4 cup) plain full fat yogurt
  • 1 oz (about ¼ cup) chopped fruit, such as blueberries, mango, avocado, and banana

How to make it

  1. Blend yogurt and fruit in a blender until smooth.
  2. Let your baby enjoy and explore!
