Allison T. holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Physical Fitness from New York University. She completed her dietetic internship at Emory University School of Medicine. As a private practice nutritionist and health coach, Allison has worked extensively with adults, teenagers, and children in need of assistance with general healthy eating, weight loss, eating disorders, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. Allison is a mom to two young adult daughters.

Andie S. is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Lactation Consultant, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She completed her dietetic internship at the Department of Veteran Affairs in Los Angeles. She specializes in lactation, sports nutrition, exercise fitness and weight loss programs. She developed a heartfelt connection to helping other mothers successfully breastfeed their children after having her own difficulties breastfeeding her first child.
Andie enjoys educating others in health and nutrition and has served as a nutrition science instructor at the college level. Andie believes nutrition counseling should involve both science and sensitivity to each client’s individual food preferences, culture and lifestyle. She's passionate about incorporating nutrition wisdom using wholesome foods and ancestral cooking practices. She enjoys shopping with her kids at local farms and farmers markets to prepare home cooked meals for her family.

Angela N. is a Wellcoaches Health & Wellness Coach who completed her dietetic internship at La Salle University. Angela has helped individuals reach their own personal health and wellness goals in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient centers, medical offices, integrative health and wellness centers, schools, and fitness centers.
Angela has also facilitated a healthy lifestyle program for pregnant women to optimize prenatal and postnatal care and the health of moms and newborns. Angela is passionate about nutrition and health and believes a realistic plan, that includes balance and moderation within a non-judgmental approach, is the key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle in today’s busy world.

Colleen is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, who earned a master’s degree in Nutrition Science from Syracuse University. Her passion of helping families began while working for the New York State WIC program. Colleen has also helped people in a variety of other settings from teaching employees at a university to working with long term care patients and their families. She has provided nutrition counseling and support on topics like weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, breastfeeding, infant feeding and childhood nutrition.
Colleen loves to help empower parents and build their confidence through providing support and evidenced based information. This is important to her because she has a heartfelt appreciation for support she has received, as a parent and as a breastfeeding mom. Colleen is a mom to two boys, ages 5 years old and 1 years old.

Jaime W. is a Registered Dietitian and Health Coach. Before her nutrition career, she was a professional dancer with the Radio City Rockettes. Jaime holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and completed her dietetic internship at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. She is also a graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics as well as a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. Her focus is in pediatric nutrition, feeding strategies, breastfeeding and performance nutrition.
Jaime loves to spend time in her kitchen and has a passion for anything local. She loves to motivate clients to “vote with their fork” and get back to the basics. Through nutrition and feeding workshops, she has taught thousands of parents how to implement healthy eating habits from birth to adolescence.

Janel holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition Communication from Tufts University and completed her undergrad and dietetic internship at Syracuse University. She is a former recipient of the Massachusetts Young Dietitian of the Year award. Janel's nutrition focus lies in infant and maternal nutrition, family feeding, mindful eating and general wellness. In addition to helping parents and caregivers with family feeding, she works as a college dietitian where she provides nutrition counseling to the students. She has a passion for making healthy eating simple, sustainable and delicious by providing understandable nutrition information alongside achievable wellness goals. Janel is a mom of three, including twins!

Rachel G. holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition Communication from Tufts University and completed her dietetic internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. She is also a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics.
Rachel works as a nutrition and wellness coach, with focuses that include infant and maternal nutrition, sports nutrition, intuitive and mindful eating. Rachel believes that healthy eating should not be a chore or exclude foods we love, but rather be easy, natural, balanced, and delicious. Rachel has two young sons, Daniel and Miles.

Theresa is a registered dietitian, lactation consultant, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She completed her Master's in Nutrition Science at Syracuse University and her dietetic internship in the Washington, DC, area through Virginia Tech. After her internship she started working at a WIC and outpatient nutrition program at a Boston community health center, and it is there that she fell in love with lactation and helping parents feed their kids heathfully and happily.
Theresa believes in being a cheerleader for the parents she talks to. She wants everyone to feel empowered and like they can accomplish their goals. She has 3 little ones at home and enjoys hanging out with her family, reading up on the latest lactation research, and trying new tiki cocktail recipes.
