Andie enjoys educating others in health and nutrition and has served as a nutrition science instructor at the college level. Angela N. is a Wellcoaches Health & Wellness Coach who completed her dietetic internship at La Salle University. Angela has also facilitated a healthy lifestyle program for pregnant women to optimize prenatal and postnatal care and the health of moms and newborns. Colleen is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, who earned a master’s degree in Nutrition Science from Syracuse University. Her passion of helping families began while working for the New York State WIC program. Colleen has also helped people in a variety of other settings from teaching employees at a university to working with long term care patients and their families. She has provided nutrition counseling and support on topics like weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, breastfeeding, infant feeding and childhood nutrition.
Colleen loves to help empower parents and build their confidence through providing support and evidenced based information. This is important to her because she has a heartfelt appreciation for support she has received, as a parent and as a breastfeeding mom. Colleen is a mom to two boys, ages 5 years old and 1 years old.

Jaime W. is a Registered Dietitian and Health Coach. Before her nutrition career, she was a professional dancer with the Radio City Rockettes. Jaime holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and completed her dietetic internship at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. She is also a graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics as well as a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. Her focus is in pediatric nutrition, feeding strategies, breastfeeding and performance nutrition.
Jaime loves to spend time in her kitchen and has a passion for anything local. She loves to motivate clients to “vote with their fork” and get back to the basics. After her internship she started working at a WIC and outpatient nutrition program at a Boston community health center, and it is there that she fell in love with lactation and helping parents feed their kids heathfully and happily.
