Berry muesli

  • Makes 2 servings, 2

What you'll need

  • 4 oz (1/2 cup) plain full fat yogurt

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • ¾ cup frozen mixed berries

How to make it

  1. Add all the ingredients except the berries to a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Mix in the frozen berries with the rest of the ingredients, cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
