Fast and simple – this easy recipe can be made in a matter of minutes, and with just about any fruit you happen to have on hand. Cottage cheese has a great thick texture which makes it easy for babies to use a spoon (or their hands) to eat.
Sweeten it Up – if the cottage cheese is a little too tart for your little one, you can use no sugar added frozen fruit instead of fresh fruit to give this breakfast a little more sweetness. Simply defrost the frozen fruit before chopping the fruit up, making sure to use both the fruit’s natural juices and the chopped fruit when serving.
