This cool, hearty breakfast can be made in the evening so all you have to do is scoop into bowls and serve for breakfast. Feel free to adapt this recipe with any of your favorite age and stage appropriate nuts, fruit and whole grain cereal!

What you’ll need
- 4 oz (1/2 cup) plain full fat yogurt
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ¾ cup frozen mixed berries
How to make it
- Add all the ingredients except the berries to a large bowl and mix well.
- Mix in the frozen berries with the rest of the ingredients, cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
