Spinach, Fruit & Chia Blend

Homemade Baby Food Puree

  • Cook Time: 25 minutes
  • 3 cups

What you'll need

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled

  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 ripe mango pitted, peeled, and chopped mango

  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds

  • ¾ cup cooked brown rice

How to make it:

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the spinach, blueberries, banana, mango, chia seeds, and rice. Puree until smooth or until desired consistency is achieved
  2.  Serve immediately. To store, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days, or freeze in individual portions for up to 3 months.
