What you'll need

  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen

  • 1/4 cup cauliflower, frozen

  • 1/2 beet, cooked

  • 1 banana, ripe

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup ice

How to make it

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes or until completely smooth.
  2. Pour into a toddler-friendly smoothie cup and serve.
