This meal is a great way to introduce iron-rich beef to your baby! Blended with ginger, carrots and sweet potato for baby, the recipe can be easily adjusted for older children and adults to enjoy as well!
Makes 2-4 servings
* To adjust this recipe for toddlers, no need to puree,
simply serve the ground beef with the cooked veggies cut into bite sized pieces
and tossed with lemon and ginger.
