Breakfast turns into fun when you have a happy little helper involved. Set up a station in your kitchen so your toddler can add yogurt to the papaya ‘boat’ and decorate with cinnamon and pumpkin seeds.
What you’ll need
- 1 small papaya
- ½ cup plain whole milk yogurt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ Tbsp pumpkin seeds
Serves 2-4 (depending on size)
How to make it
- Wash papaya, slice in half and scoop out seeds.
- Fill “boat” with yogurt and top with cinnamon and pumpkin seeds
