Blackberry, Banana, Peach & Quinoa Puree

Homemade Baby Food Puree

  • Cook Time: 20 minutes

What you'll need

  • 1 ½ ripe bananas, peeled

  • 1 cup blackberries

  • 1 fresh peach, skin on, pitted, and cut into chunks or 1 cup frozen sliced peaches, defrosted

  • ½ cup of cooked quinoa

  • 2 tablespoons loosely packed fresh basil leaves

How to make it:

  1. In a food processor or blender combine the banana, blackberries, peach, quinoa, and basil. Puree until smooth or until the desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Serve immediately. To store, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days, or freeze in individual portions for up to 3 months.
  3. Optional: Strain seeds prior to serving
