Time to amp-up the basic apple puree by adding in bold blueberries, raspberries and chia seeds to create a colorful and delicious baby food puree!

What you’ll need
- 3 apples, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/4 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons water
How to make it
- In a medium sauce pan, add in all of the ingredients.
- Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes or until the apples are tender. Let cool slightly.
- Using a slotted spoon, transfer all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor, leaving the liquid behind. Puree until smooth, adding in extra liquid in 1 tablespoon increments if needed.
