Root Vegetable Puree

  • Makes 6-8 servings

What you'll need

  • ¼ cup potato

  • ½ cup carrot

  • ½ cup parsnip

  • ¼ cup quinoa

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and roast vegetables.  These can also be steamed or boiled.
  2. Cook quinoa according to package instructions while baking root vegetables.
  3. Place all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth.
  4. Add breastmilk or formula to desired consistency (optional).
