Breakfast Papaya Boats

What you'll need

  • 1 small papaya

  • ½ cup plain whole milk yogurt

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ Tbsp pumpkin seeds

Serves 2-4 (depending on size)

How to make it

  1. Wash papaya, slice in half and scoop out seeds.
  2. Fill “boat” with yogurt and top with cinnamon and pumpkin seeds
