Blackberry, Banana, Peach & Quinoa Puree
Homemade Baby Food Puree

What you'll need
1 ½ ripe bananas, peeled
1 cup blackberries
1 fresh peach, skin on, pitted, and cut into chunks or 1 cup frozen sliced peaches, defrosted
½ cup of cooked quinoa
2 tablespoons loosely packed fresh basil leaves
How to make it:
- In a food processor or blender combine the banana, blackberries, peach, quinoa, and basil. Puree until smooth or until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Serve immediately. To store, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days, or freeze in individual portions for up to 3 months.
- Optional: Strain seeds prior to serving
