  • Digital Marketing Associate

    New York, NY

    Happy Family Organics is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager. This person will be responsible for supporting our paid media program. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of performance marketing and is hungry to grow and learn. Happy Family Organics is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate in New York, New York.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement campaigns by assisting in research, planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
    • Build paid search and YouTube campaigns, strategize audience targeting, and propose campaign improvements
    • Support digital marketing programs inclusive of e-commerce, paid search, display, publishers and video
    • Prepare media briefs, presentations, manage timelines and calendars
    • Coordinate multiple projects and programs, assisting with asset tracking, Q&A, administrative support as needed
    • Overseeing campaign assets accuracy, brand alignment and concept/messaging prior to each launch
    • Aggregate data and report on campaign performance: identify wins, losses and next steps, and drive implementation of optimizations across programs
    • Support performance reporting for paid media and analytics and provide recommendations on optimizations
    • Manage projects and timelines, while work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders
    • Manage all media admin responsibilities including budget pacing and flighting, new vendor set up, contracts and invoicing
    • Support in organic search trend analysis and digital insights to help inform our digital, ecommerce, brand and innovation initiatives

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of media planning and Google Ads account management
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
    • Experience in consumer goods
    • In-house or agency experience
    • Highly analytical, data-driven mindset needed
    • Strong program management and organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once
    • High attention to detail is a must
    • Advanced level user of excel – Comfortable with pivot tables and formulas
    • Ownership over your own work and a commitment to every part of a task, from big picture to small details

  • Associate Packaging Engineer

    Boise, ID

    Happy Family Organics is looking for an Associate Packaging Engineer to join the Research & Innovation team in Boise, Idaho.  This position will report to the Sr. Packaging Development Manager and will assist in the development and commercialization of new packaging solutions across a wide range of product and packaging formats.  Ability to apply packaging science and technology principles to new packaging development and current packaging improvements and maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the development of new packaging formats focusing on innovation, sustainability and value.
    • Perform packaging engineering activities associated with package design, process development, and specifications for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging.
    • Organize and lead packaging trials at manufacturing facilities as needed.
    • Interpret packaging specifications and analyze functional test data to determine deviations vs. manufacturing errors.
    • Provide technical support to trouble key packaging quality or manufacturing issues.
    • Assist sales in the development of displays, club packs, etc. to bring innovation, quality and value to the market.
    • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members including Purchasing, R&I, Project Management, Sales/Marketing, Production, and Quality.
    • Collaborate and build effective partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers.
    • Support cross-functional team to assess technical risks at each project stage gate and build mitigation plan when needed.
    • In partnership with Quality, support or lead technical visits and qualifications of supplier sites in the US (<10% travel).  Follow-up with reports and action plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering or Material Science, or relevant technical experience; degree preferred.
      • Clear understanding of packaging design, materials, equipment and systems.
      • Knowledge of packaging and printing methods preferred.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Gather and analyze data skillfully to formulate action plans and follow-through to completion.
      • Organized and process oriented with strong attention to detail.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Local Event Assistant (Brand Ambassador)

    Happy Family Organics is looking for Local Event Assistants to support our Regional Brand Specialists at community events and consumer shows in several local markets. The ideal candidate will have experience using baby food, and will be articulate, passionate and enjoy interacting with people in-person.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist Regional Brand Specialist at consumer shows, community events and in-store events/demos including: setting up vendor booth, educating & interacting with consumers, sampling products and distributing information/coupons

    Qualifications:

  • Regional Brand Specialist (Brand Ambassador)

    Are you passionate about children’s health, organic eating and making the world a better place? Are you an extrovert who loves connecting like-minded people in your local community? Happy Family Organics is seeking Regional Brand Specialists to serve as local brand representatives in several local markets. The ideal candidate will be an influencer with experience using baby food, who is articulate, passionate and enjoys interacting with people in-person, online and on the phone. This is a grassroots marketing position that requires creativity, flexibility, experience working remotely and an entrepreneurial spirit.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The Regional Brand Specialist will serve as the on-the-ground Happy Family Organics expert in their local community. The position will include:

    • Research and networking with local parenting groups, organizations and businesses
    • Public speaking and presentations to parents and businesses
    • Represent Happy Family at consumers shows & community events includes setting up vendor booth, educating & interacting with consumers, sampling products and distributing information/coupons
    • Coordination of local community events
    • Coordination with local non-profit organizations and charities
    • In-store demos and retail staff training
    • Development of local market data and demographics
    • Social media networking in local communities
    • Training and education opportunities about Happy Family products, nutrition and other topics.
    • Complete activation, monthly and quarterly reports as required

    Qualifications:

    • Passion for organic food, children’s nutrition and growing a healthy planet
    • Self-starter who is creative, flexible, action-oriented/results-driven as well as able to solve problems and accomplish goals with minimal supervision
    • Grassroots marketing experience including representing company/brand at consumer shows and events, networking and community building and identifying strategic market opportunities.
    • Social Media experience
    • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
