Ecommerce Marketing SpecialistNew York, NY Happy Family Organics is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in our New York City office. This newly-created position supports our highly-prioritized, high-growth Ecommerce channel and works seamlessly within a collaborative network of internal teams, agency partners and our largest Ecommerce customers. This role will report to the Director of Ecommerce, where you will be helping support our category-leading Amazon core grocery business. They will also own the growing Amazon Fresh and Amazon PrimeNow accounts and set growth strategies with these businesses. This person will be responsible for owning our product and data management for major analytics toolsets (Vendor Central ARAP, Profitero, etc.), and running an Excel-based dashboard (Experience with PowerPivot a plus) meant to infuse insights for growing the eCommerce and overall business. The ideal candidate is someone passionate in pursuing a career in Ecommerce and has worked on Ecommerce business in the past as an analyst (financial, demand planning or Insights), a marketing manager or a sales/trade/agency management background. Key Responsibilities: 2-4 years of Ecommerce experience, specifically working with Amazon and their platforms, and/or other Ecommerce customers A Strong analytical background, with advanced Excel skills. You must be able to compile large amounts of data from disparate locations and put together into seamless dashboards. Experience in creating and managing large excel-based databases with PowerPivot a plus! A Proven track record of successfully working with and presenting to multiple stakeholders across an entire business Experience project managing, running meetings and interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders Passion, attitude and drive to expand your knowledge and skillset by contributing to a mission-driven brand Qualifications: Marketing Daily/weekly/monthly VC audits of: Performance Content LBB Category Sales Net PPM Forecasting info SnS (backup reports) All other metrics-driven reports applicable Utilizing Profitero daily to measure: Own tuning and personalizing Profitero for Happy Sales and Share Content Quality SOV (Placement) Pricing and Promos Assortment and Availability Weekly updates and upkeep of dashboard, with weekly KPI summaries of business performance Lead Fresh and PrimeNow relationship, partnering with Danone business on QBRs.
