Our Environmental Impact

Our commitment to a better tomorrow is what drives our business—we are continuously innovating to make our packaging eco-friendly and our supply chain sustainable, we work with accredited organizations to advocate for change, and we partner with farmers that are at the forefront of sustainable agriculture, putting farmer education programs into place that provide the resources and support our partners need.

Net Zero by 2050

Our planet is in trouble—sobering headlines and concerning reports around climate change have brought to light a less-than-happy future for everyone. But there’s good news: it’s not too late, and together we can make changes to ensure we are leaving behind a better world for our children.

That’s why we’re sharing our commitment to Net Zero carbon emissions by 2050 to help fight climate change. Net Zero carbon means reducing our full-scope greenhouse gas emissions as much as possible and then investing in carbon removals to neutralize the residual emissions.

Our journey to Net Zero begins where everything we do begins: at the organic farms that grow our ingredients; and it continues into everything we do from there—at the plants where our ingredients are blended, how we package them, and how they’re transported from our food kitchens to your homes.

Innovating Through Packaging

Pouches currently cannot be recycled, and it will require systemic change on a global scale—we’re innovating, partnering, and advocating to develop the infrastructure needed to recycle this type of packaging and to keep plastic out of landfills and oceans.

We’ve partnered with TerraCycle®, an organization dedicated to taking in non-recyclable plastics in order to keep them out of our landfills and oceans.
We’ve made our Puffs bottles easier to recycle by adding a perforation strip—just tear and discard the outer film and recycle the canister!
We downsized our Yogis' packaging, eliminating 210,000 lbs of material annually, and reducing greenhouse gases by 13%.
